Dr. Netto is an out-of-network provider for commercial insurances. If your insurance policy has coverage for out of network providers:
We request that you pay for the service at the time of the appointment. After, we can provide you with the necessary paperwork for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement directly to you. This is a medical receipt which contains diagnoses and other information your insurance company needs to process it as a medical claim.
Depending upon out-of-network benefits, you may receive partial reimbursement. For your convenience, we can contact your insurance to obtain information on your policy and process claims.
Dr. Netto is a Medicare provider (although availability is limited). If your Medicare benefits are through a commercial carrier, she is not within network. Medicare patients are responsible for deductibles and co-pays (unless you have secondary insurance).
Payment & Policies
Fees vary based on the service and duration of session. Please contact for more information as fees can vary depending on the nature of your needs, session length and service location.
Payment is expected at the time of service. All major credit cards are accepted and are securely processed via the client portal on the day of your session.
We kindly request a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment or a cancellation fee may apply.
